John Dunn BSc MSc Cpsychol CIPD

John is a Director of YSC who has had 24 years of developing senior executives. He has extensive experience of executive coaching and has worked as Director of Organization and Management Development for both Barclays Bank and Guinness Plc. He has also held the role of Vice-President of Human Resources for EMI Music. During his consultancy experience, both at YSC and at RHR Inc, he has developed coaching relationships with a variety of senior teams across a range of international blue-chip businesses.

John has a particular interest and skill working with CEO's and HR Directors, helping them manage and develop their organizations through the effective use of their own abilities and building the right capability around them. He also has extensive experience of conflict resolution, coaching pairs and teams.

Married with two adult sons, John has an interest in working woodlands, country music and the theatre; he divides his time between Kent and London.
